Chocolate Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana ripe
  • 1/4 cup Oats or oat flour
  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder optional
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds optional
  • 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract optional
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Cacao Powder or cocoa
  • 1/4 cup Milk or Water any kind
  • a handful of Chocolate Chips optional

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a blender until smooth. Optional: add sweetener of choice.
  • Pour the oat mixture into a greased baking ramekin and top with chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. OR: air fry at 400 F for 12-14 minutes.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

*** this is a small portion, double the recipe for a more substantial meal if you like
