1/2Bananaripe
1/4cupOatsor oat flour
1/2scoopChocolate Protein Powderoptional
1/4cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1tspChia Seedsoptional
1/3tspBaking Powder
1/2tspVanilla Extractoptional
pinchof Salt
1tspCacao Powderor cocoa
1/4cupMilk or Waterany kind
ahandful ofChocolate Chipsoptional
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a blender until smooth. Optional: add sweetener of choice.
Pour the oat mixture into a greased baking ramekin and top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. OR: air fry at 400 F for 12-14 minutes.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
